Streamline your journey through Chicago by contacting the Frontier Airlines Chicago Office for key baggage allowance, policy, and guideline updates. Every passenger is entitled to one personal item, but overhead carry-ons and checked bags must be purchased as add-ons. Unlike traditional carriers that allow 50 lbs, Frontier’s checked bag limit is capped at 40 lbs, with overweight charges applied to heavier luggage. Reaching out to the local Chicago customer service team ensures you understand size measuring sizers, military waivers, and bundle discount options before arriving at the airport counter.
