Are you taking a flight with Air Canada? It was much better than I had anticipated to travel via the Air Canada Terminal at EWR. Despite the hectic morning rush, the staff was kind and understanding. The entire place had a serene atmosphere and didn't feel crowded. I really valued how well-organized and quick the boarding process was. Would fly through here once more.
