I liked the one-on-one service, particularly as booking online can be tricky with more than one traveler. They even assisted in pre-selecting our seats and advised the optimal times to meet up in Doha. The whole process was seamless, and I departed feeling reassured about our trip. Having an actual office to go to made it so much simpler, particularly for a complicated itinerary. Strongly recommended.
