Hello, My family and I traveled with Frontier Airlines PHX Terminal for a short weekend trip, and I was impressed at how easily everything went. Check-in at was a breeze, and we experienced no issues getting boarding passes in a hurry at the self-check kiosks. The counter personnel were friendly, particularly when we needed information on baggage charges. We also liked that there was plenty of seating close to our gate. The security process was pretty efficient, despite the terminal being crowded. We had a brief time to grab a quick snack before boarding. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and the crew were friendly and helpful. Certainly a good experience for a low-cost airline.
