Hi there, Flying Frontier Airlines IAH Terminal was surprisingly. We were on a weekend getaway, and the value was difficult to match. I'd read conflicting reports about Frontier, but the terminal experience was truly wonderful. Check-in was quick with kiosks, and friendly staff members were on hand to help answer questions. Security was not bad at all, and once we got inside, finding our gate was not a problem. The terminal was neat and had good seating capacity. Food-wise, there were not many options, but we had brought snacks, so no complaints there. What really impressed me was how positive the gate agents were—even making jokes and keeping everyone posted. Boarding went smoothly, and everything was on schedule. Although it's certainly a no-frills airline, the entire experience was stress-free and comfortable. We'd certainly fly them again. Good value for a quick trip!
