Hello! Copa Airlines BOS Terminal was a pleasant flying experience. Terminal E is clean, and the Copa Airlines staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. The experience was quick, and I did not have any delays or issues. Security passed quickly, and signs around the terminal made gate location easy. The waiting area had sufficient seating and charging outlets, which was a welcome bonus. The sole drawback was that there was no Copa lounge, but terminal facilities made up for it. Boarding was effective and organized. I departed from Boston confident that I will again use Copa Airlines for foreign travel.
