Hello, I simply wanted to leave a brief report of my experience flying Southwest Airlines ORD Terminal out of O'Hare. To begin with, I enjoyed how courteous the employees were—right from the check-in counter to the gate. You can tell they work hard to keep things flowing and travelers happy. The terminal itself was simple to navigate, which was a help since I was running a bit behind schedule. Bathrooms were spotless, and seating near the gates was ample, although it gets hectic during rush hours. One minor complain: dining options near the Southwest gates are somewhat scarce, so pick a snack up early if you have time. Gate agents were keeping us informed of time, and boarding was extremely well coordinated (for open seating, of course). The overall experience was silky smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
