Hello! I departed from the San Jose Airport Southwest Terminal over the weekend and was really surprised at how smooth everything went. I'm not a regular flier, so I normally get anxious getting around airports, but this terminal was so convenient. From the parking lot to the check-in area, everything was well labeled and within a short walk. The Southwest check-in agents were friendly and even assisted me in getting my boarding pass when the kiosk malfunctioned. Once inside the terminal, it was well-lit, clean, and not crowded. There were a variety of spots to get coffee or a quick snack, and I enjoyed the fact that the seating areas were so quiet. I had an uneventful flight out and would suggest this terminal to anyone traveling Southwest through San Jose. It's not glamorous, but it does everything right. No stress, no pandemonium—just a relaxed airport day.
