As someone who doesn’t fly often, I always get nervous before traveling. I visited the Allegiant Air Austin Office to ask about my boarding pass and seat location. The staff were very friendly and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking basic questions. One even smiled and gave me a few tips about airport navigation.
