I had a smooth and uneventful visit to the Air Canada Beirut office. The employees welcomed me and handled my ticket issue in a professional manner. They were patient and took the time to respond to all of my questions. I was astounded by the process's organization and quickness. The physical workplace is modern and in a handy location. It was a relief to receive such first-rate service, especially with regard to travel plans. When I left the office, I felt safe and taken care of. Highly recommended!
