Searching for Duplicate Leads

LeadConduit provides functionality to search for duplicate leads. Note: duplicate leads have a status of INVALID. Complete the following steps to search for duplicate leads.

1. Click the Statistics tab.
2. Click the hyperlinked # under the column indicating the current status of the desired lead.
3. The Lead Query Results screen will appear.
4. On the left under Lead Status, check the option labeled Invalid. Uncheck all other options.
5. Click Reload.
6. All leads with the status INVALID will appear.
