We had inquiries concerning check-in procedures and baggage restrictions. The staff provided clear answers and was very helpful. They even provided us with printed copies of some of the information. We didn't have to wait long, and the office was spotless. Speaking with folks who were so professional and friendly was pleasant. My companions and I were both quite pleased with the service.
