We received a warm welcome and prompt assistance.  The service showed us the available seats and offered helpful recommendations. Everything went well and amicably. The office was well-kept and conveniently located.  We were rather happy when we departed. In order to assist us, the staff truly took their time. The fact that Cathay Pacific has such a nice office in Tokyo is wonderful to know.
