We needed assistance booking our flights because we were organizing a trip. The staff was really kind and helpful as they walked us through the procedure. In addition to helping us choose our seats, they showed us the various flight alternatives. The atmosphere in the office was friendly and pleasant.  Our wait time wasn't too long, and everything was managed expertly. If I ever need a flight again, I will definitely return.
