Although we were a little anxious, the personnel quickly solved the issue and helped us relax. While we waited, they brought us tea, communicated plainly, and smiled. We didn't have to wait long because the workplace was comfortable and peaceful. They even provided us with travel advice for Turkey. After we left, we both said, "Wow, that was nice!" Such excellent service is hard to come by these days. I will never forget their generosity. That day, Turkish Airlines gained two devoted clients. I highly recommend the Turkish Airlines Tokyo Office  to everyone to visit once and take their services.
