The staff was competent and kind, and the office was well-organized. They helped us print our tickets and provided us with all the answers we required. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic.  Everyone was welcoming and grinning in the office. I'm really happy we went there. Before our lengthy voyage, it provided us with peace of mind.
