We chose to visit in person after experiencing some issues with our online reservation. The woman behind the counter was incredibly helpful and made everything right away. She even demonstrated how to handle our online reservation for the future. I was really relieved! We also asked her some questions concerning baggage, and she provided us with some useful guidance. The service was prompt, the office was quiet, and it was clean. It significantly reduced the tension of our trip.
