There were no queues and no anxiety when I came because I received a warm reception and the check-in process only took some minutes. The visit felt quiet and personal because of the staff's competence, friendliness, and genuine helpfulness. They even immediately helped me with my stuff. rather than feeling like a terminal, it felt more like arriving at a boutique hotel. Before a flight, I've never had such seamless service!
