I just flew United Airlines SFO Terminal and the experience in their terminal totally blew me away. As soon as I arrived in Terminal 3, the vibe was clean, peaceful, and contemporary. The check-in desks were clearly marked, and I received assistance from a genuinely nice United representative who guided me through a baggage tag problem. Security lines were lengthy but passed quickly due to TSA PreCheck lanes. What I particularly loved were the seating areas — so many charging outlets for our phones, and plenty of natural light. There are wonderful food options as well! My family and I ate an early dinner at a sit-down restaurant and then picked up snacks for the flight. Boarding was easy and highly organized, and therefore our pre-boarding with children was much easier. To be honest, considering it is a big and crowded airport, United terminal made it less stressful and much more pleasant.
