From check-in to boarding, it was all extremely smooth. I was flying alone, and the signs were clear enough that I never felt lost. The United people at the counter were friendly and accommodated me with a better seat when I requested it. Security lines were tolerable as well, and I had time to get a coffee before getting on the plane. The waiting room was tidy and not too crowded, which made a huge difference. My flight departed on schedule, which is always a bonus in my opinion! I will definitely think about flying out of here again. It's a smaller airport than, but that's half the charm—less stress, more convenience. Kudos to the United Airlines staff.
