We wanted to verify our flight details in person and had some booking questions. The staff was really polite and considerate. They helped us quickly and listened to us for a while. The office was clean and well-maintained throughout. The workers proceeded to smile and offer candies to my children, who were also present. It was such a nice and welcoming encounter. After that, we were thrilled and eager to get going.
