			<description><![CDATA[Case posted to website<br />My visit to the&#160;Qatar Airways Auckland Office&#160;was completely unplanned. I had an urgent travel requirement due to a family emergency and didn’t know where to start. I walked into the office with zero expectations and a ton of stress, but the staff immediately made me feel calm and in good hands. They found me a last-minute flight that suited my needs and even waived part of the change fee when they heard about my situation. The empathy and professionalism they showed made a huge impact. They weren’t just doing their job—they genuinely cared. That kind of human support is something you don’t forget. It turned a stressful day into something manageable, and I got to where I needed to go. I’m grateful for their help and will absolutely continue flying with Qatar Airways because of this experience.]]></description>
