My wait was made more bearable by having access to the airport lounge, which created a calm environment prior to my flight. The number of alternatives offered accommodated a range of dietary requirements, and the in-flight meals were surprisingly tasty. Throughout the flight, the crew paid close attention to each passenger's needs and made sure they were met. I especially valued the prompt updates on the status of our flight and any modifications to our schedule. All in all, I had an amazing experience and felt appreciated as a client. Since WestJet surpassed my expectations in every way during my trip, I will most certainly use them again.
