When I recently took a Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. The terminal seems tidy and orderly. The personnel was amiable and even shared a few jokes, and the security lines moved more quickly than I had anticipated. Overall, it was a comfortable and easy process. In the future, I will most certainly think about taking another Southwest flight from JFK. Bravo!
