Terminal C has a calm environment and is well-kept and light. I received assistance with a last-minute seat change from the kind and well-organized Aer Lingus check-in staff. Although the security lines were lengthy, they went swiftly, and the TSA officers were kind. Before boarding, I had some time to peruse the stores and drink some tea. The gate staff paid close attention and kept us updated on any developments. All in all, I had a positive experience with the airline and the facility.
