Hello, Virgin atlantic Airways SVD Terminal had one of the better pre-flight experiences I've experienced in the Caribbean. The employees were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I got there early, and even though the terminal is tiny, it was never too crowded. Virgin's check-in went well, and bag drop was a snap. The airport isn't much to choose from food-wise, but there are a couple of souvenir stores to window shop. Boarding was announced clearly and went smoothly. I also liked how relaxed the atmosphere was, despite having several flights. Overall, Virgin made the best use of the limited space at Terminal.
