The following are the steps for adding an Affiliate to your Account.
- Click the Affiliates tab in your LeadConduit account.
- Copy the Affiliate Sign-up link at the top of the page. You can either email this link to prospective Affiliates or add it to your website where they can find it themselves.
- Affiliate completes the form and, if it is a new account, waits for approval by LeadConduit Admin. (LeadConduit Admin verify the information is real and not a duplicate of other accounts in LeadConduit).
- Find Pending Affiliates by clicking on the Tools tab and clicking on Pending Affiliates hyperlink.
- Approve or Reject Affiliate...
- (Required) Select option Approve, Reject, or I'll Decide Later.
- (Optional) Enter any Private Notes to be kept with the audit trail.
- (Optional) Enter any special comments for the Affiliate in Message to the Candidate.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Only Admin Users can Approve or Reject a Pending Affiliation.
