Dispositioning Individual Leads

LeadConduit provides the functionality to reject individual Leads from the system.

Complete the following steps to reject an individual lead.

1. Click the Statistics tab.
2. Click the hyperlinked # under the column indicating the current status of the desired lead.
3. The Lead Query Results screen will appear.
4. On the right side of the screen, click on the desired Lead.
5. Click the reject this lead hyperlink.
6. The Lead Status of the lead will change to REJECTED.
