Disposition Adjustment (Batch Adjustment)

This is the method for confirming or rejecting a group of leads. This method is referred to as making an Disposition Adjustment. Disposition Adjustments can be created, and if required later, deleted from LeadConduit.

Making a Disposition Adjustment

To perform a disposition adjustment, you must inform LeadConduit exactly which leads you are adjusting. Disposition Adjustments can be made in one of two ways:

  • File-Based (only the individual leads in the file are adjusted)
  • Date Range-Based (every lead from every lead source in that date range is adjusted)

See the following sections for details regarding these two methods.

File-based Disposition Adjustment

A File-based Disposition Adjustment method allows a LeadConduit user to upload a file containing Lead Data to designate which leads should be either confirmed or rescinded.

IMPORTANT :The first line of the file must contain the names of the fields in the file (i.e a "header row").

Complete the following steps to make a file-based Disposition Adjustment.

  1. Click the Statistics tab.
  2. Click on the hyperlink of your campaign you would like to update.
  3. Click the Make a Disposition adjustment hyperlink.
  4. At Do you have a file to upload?, select Yes.
  5. At What field in the file contains the lead identifier?, enter the name listed in the header row of the file for the column that contains the lead identifier. The lead identifer can either be the LeadConduit Lead Id value or it can be the single field primary key field for that campaign.
  6. At What field in the file contains the disposition (rescind/confirm) reason?, enter the name listed in the header row of the file for the column that contains the information why the lead is being rejected (or confirmed). This value will be captured in the Lead Status Detail system field.
  7. Click Browse and location the file.
  8. Select the correct delimiter (Comma or Tab).
  9. At Do you want to confirm or rescind these leads?, select the desired action (Confirm or Rescind).
  10. Click Continue.
  11. The Disposition Adjustment View screen will appear.

  1. Click the Statistics tab.
