Sharing Campaigns

Overview

Sharing a Campaign makes that Campaign available to another entity with which you already have a business relationship. Companies that you have relationships with are listed as either Advertisers or Affiliates in your account. In order for an entity, such as a lead provider, to participate in one of your campaigns, it must be shared with them. Once the campaign is shared, they can access the required specifications to start collecting and transferring leads. Only entities with whom you choose to share your campaign may see the campaign.

My Campaigns vs. Other Campaigns Available to Me

The set of available campaigns is displayed by clicking on the Campaigns tab. The set of available campaigns is broken out into two sections:

• My Campaigns refers to campaigns of which you are the Lead Recipient
• Other Campaigns Available to Me refers to campaigns for which you are a Lead Source

In either case, you may share these campaigns with your Affiliates

Sharing an Individual Campaign With an Affiliate

Note: In order for a Campaign to be shared with an Affiliate, an Affiliation relationship must be established with that Entity. See What is an Entity?

Complete the following steps to share a Campaign.

1. Click the Affiliates tab.
2. In the Campaigns column, click the # hyperlink next to the Affiliate with which you want to share a particular Campaign.
3. Click the Share additional campaigns with [Affiliate Name] hyperlink.
4. Check the Share option next to the Campaign(s) that you want to share with the selected Affiliate.
5. Click Continue.
6. The Campaigns are now shared.

Stop Sharing an Individual Campaign With an Affiliate

. Complete the following steps to stop sharing a Campaign.

1. Click the Affiliates tab.
2. In the Campaigns column, click the # hyperlink next to the Affiliate with which you want to stop sharing a particular Campaign.
3. Under the Stop Sharing column, click the stop hyperlink next to the Campaign that you want to stop sharing.
4. Check the Yes, stop sharing option.
5. Click Continue.
6. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
7. The Campaign is no longer shared.
