Hi, My recent experience at the Aegean Airlines AMS Terminal was truly stress-free and positive. I had my elderly parents with me and was pleasantly surprised at how understanding the terminal staff were. The assistance desk easily arranged for wheelchair assistance and saw us through security without any hitches. All felt designed for traveler comfort. The restrooms were clean and obviously maintained on a regular basis. The crew even made time to introduce us to where our gate is and how the boarding process goes. It was not hurried and impersonal as in some of the other terminals. I even appreciated that they had special family and special-needs passenger counters, which flowed very well. A friendly staff member assisted with baggage tags and got us there on time to board. This level of considerate service was really a world's difference for us. If you're traveling with elderly relatives or anyone who may require assistance, I would recommend this terminal most highly—it's efficient, it's clean, and it's very accommodating.
