Hello! I just wanted to say that the Qatar Airways Jeddah Office absolutely blew me away. I stopped by to ask about baggage limits and ended up getting help with my entire itinerary. The people were courteous, well-trained, and went out of their way to answer all my questions, including the silly ones. I was really impressed by how professional and respectful they were. It's not usually a daily affair that you walk into an airline office and out smiling! The atmosphere seemed at ease and client-oriented. Qatar Airways is already a five-star airline in my opinion, but this visit to the office enlightened me that they begin offering fine service many weeks before we reach the air!
