On my Southwest flight from Southwest Airlines ONT Terminal, the seats were more roomy, comfortable, and clean than I had anticipated. I was at ease throughout, even in economy. The cabin service assisted guests in finding seats promptly and courteously, and the open seating arrangement operated effectively.
