Hello! Flying from United Airlines MAD Terminal was a nice surprise. The terminal was clean and well-organized, and the signs allowed me to easily locate United's check-in counters. The personnel assisted me in weighing my bag and provided good advice for my layover in Newark. What I particularly enjoyed was how efficient security was—even during the peak afternoon hour. There was also a good choice of cafes in the vicinity, which was ideal for having a snack before boarding. The gate agents boarded super efficiently and boarded families with children first, which I always welcome as a parent. United Airlines at Madrid Airport overall gave a laid-back, efficient experience—just what I needed before a long-haul flight.
