Before our vacation, my family and I visited the Vietnam Airlines Singapore Office. We have some inquiries concerning airplane check-in and baggage regulations. All of our inquiries were politely and plainly addressed by the staff. They made us feel extremely welcome and were quite kind to my kids as well.  The service was nice, and the location was tidy.  We didn't experience any stress. Everything was completed in a cordial and expert manner. I'm really pleased with the way they handled us, and I'd be happy to return if we ever needed assistance.
