It was my first time visiting  the Iberia Airlines IAD Terminal with my sister, and it was a simple and pleasant trip. We were a little worried because it was our first time flying Iberia, but we were pleased with everything. When we had inquiries, staff personnel were kind and polite. Check-in took little time, and security lines went quickly. We didn't get lost because the terminal was well-signposted. We had time to grab some refreshments and sit down before boarding. The gate area was clean and peaceful, making it easy to unwind. We boarded on schedule and everything went smoothly. Sometimes it's lovely when things just work as they should. I'd suggest Iberia at IAD to friends and relatives.
