I went to the Cathay Pacific Tokyo Office with some buddies, and everything went really well. We wanted assistance purchasing tickets for our Hong Kong vacation. The staff provided us with all the information we required and was incredibly kind. Their advice was helpful, and they assisted us in comparing various dates and pricing. There was little waiting time, and the office was easy to locate. We were at ease throughout the visit. It was a very simple process, and they were courteous and professional.  Without a doubt, I would suggest this office to others.
