Last week, my buddies and I had an amazing time at the EL AL Airlines Washington Office.  The staff helped us grasp the check-in procedure, which we were a little confused about.  Despite our many questions, they were incredibly courteous and polite. We were seated comfortably while we waited, and the office was tidy. We also found some of their travel advice to be helpful. The visit was brief yet really beneficial. Speaking with the team there made me feel more ready for the journey.
