My friends and I went to the Philippine Airlines Bangkok Office. In order to verify our flight information and obtain information regarding baggage regulations  the employees were amiable and provided thorough explanations. They ensured we understood every step and were patient. The workplace appeared well-organized and was simple to locate. The service was quick and seamless, and we didn't have to wait long. We were relieved and joyful when we left the office. I believe this office provides great service, and if I ever need assistance with my travels, I will most certainly return.
