Hello there! Our last family vacation using the United Airlines SAN Terminal was amazingly seamless. We were impressed as soon as we entered Terminal 2 West with the cleanliness and the way everything was well-organized. The signs were easy to read, and despite tow, we never got lost. Security was processed quickly, and the personnel were friendly, which surely calmed our nerves. We had sufficient room to sit, recharge devices, and get snacks in before our flight. The children particularly enjoyed viewing the planes via the large glass windows! Boarding was punctual, and United employees were very clear when and where to proceed. We enjoyed the cooperative demeanor from check-in through to boarding. Traveling can be stressful, but this experience was peaceful and even pleasant. If you’re flying United from San Diego, I’d say the terminal does a great job making travel feel less stressful.
