Hello, I just flew out of United Airlines ALB Terminal and I must say, the experience at the United Airlines was quite smooth. We were going to for a week of sun, and flying with family, but the crew made it easier than it should have been. Check-in was fast, and they even assisted us with last-minute seat changes so that we could all sit together. Security lines were short, thankfully. The waiting area was clean and spacious enough for the kids to stretch out while we waited for boarding. What really impressed me was how nice the gate agents were—they cracked some jokes with my kids, which helped calm them down. Boarding was timely, and we were airborne on schedule. All in all, the United Airlines Terminal was peaceful, well-structured, and great for a family vacation. We didn't feel rushed or frazzled, which is a lot to say when you're traveling with kids. Definitely a great beginning to our holiday!
