Last month, my family and I went to the Egyptair Hangzhou Office to ask questions regarding luggage policies. The staff gave us a warm welcome and answered all of our questions in detail. They explained things in very basic terms, which made my parents extremely happy. Our visit was really nice because the office was calm and quiet. They also helped us print our travel vouchers and verify the flight time. We saved a great deal of time. This is, in my opinion, one of the greatest airline offices we have ever seen. We appreciate the team's easy facilitation of our journey.
