Hello! Departing the United Airlines Toronto Pearson International Airport recently was a remarkably smooth process. I was apprehensive about flying alone after so long, but the check-in staff quickly made me feel comfortable. Terminal 1 at Toronto Pearson is enormous, but signage simplified navigation. I had pre-checked online, but I needed to print a bag tag, and there was someone to assist me right away. Post-security, I had a nice quiet corner with a good view of the tarmac—it was serene. I appreciated how the gate area was organized, and boarding was in groups that made sense. The entire atmosphere was relaxed and efficient. I also enjoyed that United employees at the gate smiled while answering questions. Overall, the United Airlines made a fantastic impression on me. Certainly felt cared for curb to gate!
