My family and I recently visited the Lufthansa Airlines London Office to complete some last-minute travel plans. We needed help with lunch selections and seat reservations as we were traveling from London to Frankfurt. The employees were really kind and courteous. They paid close attention to what we had to say and made sure everything was set up correctly. Having everything double-checked in person was a tremendous comfort. We were welcomed from the start, and the office was spotlessly tidy and well-organized. Personally, I appreciated the team's high level of professionalism. We departed without worrying about our next flight.
