Before my flight, I stopped by the Spirit Airlines Dallas office, and I was pleasantly impressed by how helpful the personnel were. My inquiries concerning my boarding card and bags were promptly and courteously addressed. The office was tidy and well-organized, and the terminal was easily accessible. The staff here obviously takes customer service very seriously. They truly wanted to help; I didn't feel like simply a ticket number. Because of this wonderful experience at the Dallas location, I would absolutely fly Spirit again, and the entire check-in process was stress-free. Strongly advised!
