If you're flying with Lufthansa Airlines ORD Terminal, you'll use Terminal 5, and I had a great experience there. The check-in process was quite swift, and I had an early flight to Munich. The Lufthansa staff was polite, took their time answering my questions, and even helped me select a seat. Security was quick, and the terminal had decent food selections and charging stations—two things I typically look for. The boarding procedure proceeded without a hitch, and the gate agents kept us informed. Overall, Lufthansa at Terminal 5 made my travel day easy and comfortable. From there, I'd be happy to take another flight!
