When I most needed help, the United Airlines Ontario Office was there to help. I discovered I had inadvertently scheduled the incorrect date as I was flying to New Jersey for a family gathering. When I arrived, I had little hope, but they made things better very fast. The staff helped me find a flight that worked that same day, was kind, and didn't make me feel foolish. They probably don't realize how much I appreciated them waiving a small change cost. Loyalty is earned through this type of customer experience. Many thanks to the crew!
